Katsi Damankova of Belarus Wins World Super Model Competition
A Belarus schoolgirl, Katsi Damankova, won the 2005 Ford Models Super Model of the World competition in New York January 18, 2006, ITAR-TASS reports.
In the 25th World Super Model competition arranged by Ford Models, Damankova was preferred to girls of 38 countries, including Russia, and ultimately acknowledged the most promising model of today.
Katsi goes to the 11th form of the Belarus school. Her reward is the chance to enter into an annual contract with Ford Models worth $250,000.
