Russian MChS’ Plane Heading to Belgrade
March 24, Il-76 of the Ministry of Emergency Situations (MChS) of Russia with humanitarian aid for Serbian refugees from Kosovo aboard has left Ramensky airport (Moscow Region) for Belgrade early March 24.
As MChS head Sergei Shoigu told the journalists earlier, the provisional Serbian refugees aid program would consist of three stages. The first stage would be creation of two camps, housing 1000 people each, RIA Novosti reports Mr. Shoigu as saying.

After that medical supplies will be delivered to Serbia by air.

The third stage will involve railway delivery of housing blocks to build a village with necessary infrastructure, the minister added.
