Ukr. Minister Tells Moscow to Chill
Ukrainian Defense Minister Yury Ekhanurov has urged Russia to “calm down” about the relocation of Ukrainian troops. He emphasized that no units were being moved. “Clam down about the relocation. It’s not a threat to the Russian Federation,” Ekhanurov said at a press conference in Vinnitsa. “We do things by plan too, so a resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers is needed for the relocation of a military unit, and that is hard to get.”
Ekhanurov said that the movement of troops is a serious procedure. “We do not plan to move units,” he said. “The only movement we have almost agreed on is the south of Odessa Region. So calm down, since you have gotten so worried in the Duma. We are not threatening anyone.”
